LEADER OR HEAD? THIS IS THE DILEMMA. 4 VIGNETTE TO EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENCES.
Fabrizio is our best customer. We have already done several works for him: for his company, for an illustrated fairy tale… This time Fabrizio wants to make a gift to a dear friend. An entrepreneur like him, with whom he shares experiences, suggestions, know-how. The passion for marketing is common and they both like to keep up to date with specific courses in various fields of business sciences: sales techniques, communication, digital marketing and above all leadership and business management styles.
Fabrizio wanted to focus on this last aspect and asked us to create 4 situations that represented 4 different leadership styles. The scenes are set in ancient Roman times (Fabrizio is proudly Roman!) And depict a leader on a warship and his crew, grappling with enemies. 4 different situations in which the leader / leader directs his company / crew in the waters of the "market", made more or less agitated by the waves of competition. A short comic with educational purposes, in short, which explains with simple examples the difference between the true leader, the authoritarian leader, the confused and the lonely one. Comics have the advantage of explaining concepts that would require articulate sentences, with extremely simple and clear images, without too many turns of words. This is why we are convinced that Fabrizio's friend will greatly appreciate this gift and that this large painting will be hung in his office as a boss… sorry, as a Leader!
