All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS and are managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, under the joint guidance and commitment of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information for our site and for third parties involved in the purchase (Stripe, Paypal, etc.).

_shopify_visit, there are no stored data: the data is valid for 30 minutes from the last visit and is used by our provider to record the number of visits.

_shopify_uniq, there are no stored data: the data expires at midnight (with respect to the visitor) of the next day. The number of visits to the site by a single customer counts.

_cart, unique token: the data is valid for 2 weeks and stores information relating to the contents of the cart.

_secure_session_id, unique token, sessional

_storefront_digest, single token, indefinite. If the account access has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.
